JSoundProductions was founded in 2021 and is owned and operated by Jacob McIntyre.
Jacob is an honorary graduate of the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology. (OIART) is rated one of the top audio schools in North America and is #1 in Canada. In 2021 he founded JSoundProductions which constitutes all of his services ranging from music production to live sound mixing and coordination. He has also embarked on other private work including acoustic treatment and consultations for churches, restaurants, hotels and clubs.

Later in 2021 he opened Southpoint Studio in the heart of Windsor, a multi-room professional recording studio. This facility has also been used for artists and groups alike who need a private space for music creation and rehearsals. Since it's opening, Southpoint Studio has recorded some of Windsors best artists, has landed music on radio and has also had productions earn their spot in the top 10 on competitive playlists such as ABreak Music.
Determined to expand and to continue serving all areas of audio, JSoundProductions began to establish numerous connections in the local music industry. One of these connections includes DJ Galeano who is now one of our strongest business partners. Galeano has been working in the entertainment industry for over 10 years. He assists with setting up, planning and serves as our primary DJ. He travels frequently across Ontario and has a legendary reputation as being one of the best emerging DJ's from Windsor to London.
